BYD Seal Pride Edition may be officially launched on March 25th

A few days ago, we learned that the BYD Seal Glory Edition will be officially launched on March 25, and the new car is expected to be the same as the previous “Glory Edition”, with adjustments to the configuration and surprises in the price.

Currently, the Seal Champion Edition consists of five models priced at 189,800-279,800 RMB, which is a pure electric coupe based on the e-platform 3.0, and adopts the design concept of “ocean aesthetics”, with the whole car presenting a sporty stance. The car is equipped with CTB battery body integration technology, iTAC intelligent torque distribution system, rear-wheel drive/four-wheel drive architecture, with front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension.

  In terms of specific power, the rear-wheel drive version offers three versions of 204 hp, 231 hp and 313 hp, with motor torque of 310 Nm, 330 Nm and 360 Nm respectively. The 4WD version has a total motor power of 530 hp and a total torque of 670 Nm. In terms of range, it will be offered in 550km, 700km and 650km versions.

On February 29 this year, the Seal DM-i Glory Edition has been launched, and the new car has been upgraded for different models, involving panoramic images, central control screens, driving assistance, seat functions, wireless charging, etc., and the price has been reduced by 17,000 yuan compared with the original champion version, which is more cost-effective.
